Placement & Recruiting

At Creo Consulting 75% of all company employment requests are automotive industry related job opportunities. Of these, 55% require no Japanese language background, while 45% are Japanese bilingual positions. Regardless of whether it is entry-level or executive class positions, you can be assured that you will be presented with the best, most qualified candidates available. Not only we introduce the finest candidates, we also provide salary survey data, negotiate terms of employment, conduct reference checks, and assist throughout the entire hiring process, from initial recruitment to follow-ups once the candidate is employed.

Not only Midwest and South, we have a strong network throughout the entire United States, enabling us to arrange job interviews between qualified candidates in North America. Our fees are contingency based, and we also provide a warranty period.

Since we have strong alliances with an HR consulting firm (HRM Partners, Inc.), we can also assist you, in conjunction with our partners, in creating legal documents including employee handbooks, employment/ separation agreements, and performance appraisal.

A Japanese/English newsletter is published once a month with all the latest information relating to personnel matters. This will be delivered to your human resources director free of charge.
